Subscriber-level code execution via unchecked .htaccess writes

Missing authorization in WPVNTeam WP EXtra 6.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute code through .htaccess writes. The register() function accepts subscriber-controlled htaccess_root, htaccess_content, or htaccess_includes values and writes them with file_put_contents() without a capability check. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to replace site-root rules or create rules under wp-content and wp-includes, enabling server-side execution.
