Network-device teardown disruption via cleared bond flags

Improper flag restoration in Linux kernel bonding allows local users to trigger a kernel warning through crafted network-link changes. When a nested bond rejects a non-Ethernet first slave, the failure path calls ether_setup(), which clears IFF_SLAVE instead of preserving the bond's prior flags. Reaching the path requires local link-reconfiguration access; the corrupted state triggers a warning when the bond is deleted, disrupting normal network-device teardown.
