Service interruption via sleepable atomic-context allocation

Improper locking in Linux kernel 5.10 through 6.2.7 allows local users to interrupt service on Xilinx ZynqMP systems. The do_feature_check_call function allocates feature-cache memory with a sleepable flag while the ZynqMP clock-enable path holds an atomic lock. Reachability requires ZynqMP hardware and an uncached firmware feature check; the published trace proves an invalid-context warning but does not identify a crash or hang.
