Kernel crash via missing runtime-PM cleanup

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel gpio-ir-recv driver allows local users to crash the kernel during driver removal. The driver registers a CPU-latency QoS request when runtime PM starts but lacked a remove callback to cancel that request and disable runtime PM before teardown. Reachability requires the GPIO IR receiver driver with runtime PM enabled and the ability to remove the driver; the reported consequence is a kernel oops that interrupts service.
