Memory exhaustion via unreleased debugfs references

Memory leak in the Linux kernel powerpc IOMMU debugfs cleanup allows local users to exhaust memory and interrupt the system. The iommu_debugfs_del function calls debugfs_lookup without releasing the returned dentry, so each cleanup retains a reference and leaks memory over time. Reachability is limited to PowerPC systems using IOMMU debugfs teardown; public records do not identify the low-privileged action needed to repeat the cleanup.
