Local system crash via stale TTM resource

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel TTM subsystem allows local users to crash the system during buffer-object swapout. The LRU lookup can return a resource being removed while bo->resource has already been cleared under different locking, and ttm_bo_swapout dereferences that NULL field. Low-privileged local access is required, and the demonstrated consequence is an availability-only system interruption.
