Kernel panic via vp_vdpa removal use-after-free

Use-after-free in affected Linux kernel vp_vdpa branches allows local users to trigger a kernel panic during device hot unplug. The vp_vdpa_remove path unregisters the management device after releasing underlying modern-device state, so vdpa_mgmtdev_unregister accesses freed memory. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and a configured vp_vdpa device; the demonstrated consequence is a kernel panic.
