Kernel memory corruption via truncated UMEM chunk count

Integer overflow in Linux kernel AF_XDP UMEM registration from 4.18 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory via a crafted UMEM size. xdp_umem_reg stores the calculated chunk count in a u32 without rejecting overflow, undersizing the heads array while retaining the full UMEM length. Access requires CAP_NET_RAW in the applicable user and network namespace plus sufficient memory locking; crafted fill-queue addresses can read or write adjacent kernel heap data or panic the host.
