Service interruption via absent PPTT state mishandling

Denial of service in Linux kernel ACPI PPTT handling allows local users to disrupt systems without a PPTT during secondary CPU startup. acpi_get_pptt() fails to cache the table's known-absent state, so each secondary CPU calls acpi_get_table() and waits on a mutex from atomic context. Reachability requires an affected kernel on a multiprocessor system without PPTT data; the documented consequence is an invalid-context kernel warning and availability loss.
