Kernel crash via unchecked VF lookup result

NULL pointer dereference in the qed SR-IOV driver in Linux allows local users to crash the kernel by reaching an invalid VF lookup. Affected qed SR-IOV paths dereference the pointer returned by qed_iov_get_vf_info without checking whether the VF lookup returned NULL. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and a system using the QLogic qed driver with SR-IOV; reaching the bad path causes an availability-only kernel crash.
