Kernel-data disclosure via oversized EC ioctl input

Information disclosure in the Linux cros_ec_chardev driver allows local users to read kernel page data through an EC command ioctl. The ioctl path allocates an uninitialized command buffer sized by insize and copies the requested response length back even when the EC fills fewer bytes. Reachability requires local access to the ChromeOS EC character device and permission to issue host commands; each call can expose residual kernel-page bytes.
