Kernel warning via locked abort-path completion

Improper locking in the Linux kernel qla2xxx driver allows local users to trigger a kernel warning during controller removal. In qla2x00_abort_srb, command completion runs while the abort-path lock remains held during driver unload, reaching DMA cleanup in the locked context.
