Kernel warnings via mutex in IRQ-disabled context

Availability flaw in Linux allows local users to trigger kernel warnings by scheduling a PowerPC thread_imc performance event. The thread_imc_event_add path takes a sleeping mutex while interrupts are disabled, causing mutex_lock to invoke __might_resched in an invalid atomic context. Local low-privilege perf access and PowerPC thread-IMC support are required; the published reproduction establishes repeated warnings rather than code execution or data access.
