Kernel crash via unsupported Ethernet PHY power-down

A suspend-path denial of service in Linux 5.18 through 6.1.10 allows local users to crash Verdin i.MX8M Mini systems. The imx8mm-verdin device tree fails to keep the Ethernet PHY regulator always on, so the FEC suspend path powers down an unsupported PHY and its interrupt handler enters phy_error. The flaw applies only to arm64 systems using the Verdin i.MX8M Mini device tree and is reached when the system enters freeze or memory suspend.
