System crash via unchecked PHY private data

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash systems using DP83825 or DP83826 PHY devices. The shared interrupt configuration path dereferences driver-private data that probe() initializes only for DP83822, leaving it NULL on the smaller PHY models. Reachability requires local low-privileged access, an affected physical PHY device, and interrupt configuration; the published consequence is a system crash only.
