Mount-task hang via mismatched FS-Cache wait queues

A synchronization flaw in Linux 5.17 through 6.1.10 and 6.2-rc1 through 6.2-rc6 allows local users to hang FS-Cache volume acquisition. In fscache_wait_on_volume_collision(), wait_var_event() sleeps on a different wait queue from wake_up_bit(), so a delayed wake passes the timeout and the next wait never returns. Local access and an FS-Cache volume collision with a wake-up delayed beyond 20 seconds are required; the affected mount task then remains blocked indefinitely.
