Kernel crash via iSCSI logout race

Use-after-free in Linux kernel iSCSI TCP allows local users to crash the kernel by racing session logout with a sysfs host-address read. The iscsi_sw_tcp_host_get_param path locks session-owned state after concurrent iscsi_session_teardown has freed that session. Reachability requires low-privileged local access, an iSCSI TCP session, and simultaneous reading of the shost ipaddress attribute during logout.
