Authenticated server crash via crafted INSERT SELECT

Denial of service in MariaDB Server affected branches allows remote authenticated users to crash the server via crafted INSERT SELECT queries. During optimization, derived-table handling retains the statement's target table in the SELECT path and reaches invalid state in make_aggr_tables_info or optimize_stage2. A highly privileged database account able to create tables and execute data-modifying queries can terminate the server, interrupting database availability.
