Authenticated database read via leancloud.php id injection

SQL injection in /admin/leancloud.php in ShopeX ECShop 4.1.5 allows remote authenticated users to read database data via id. The resend action passes the id request parameter into database processing without neutralizing injected SQL syntax. Administrative-backend access and a valid session cookie are required; the published exploit demonstrates database enumeration.
