System interruption via leaked GPIO references

Resource leak in the nvmem core of Linux 6.1 through 6.1.10 allows local users to exhaust resources via failed device registration. The nvmem_register() error path fails to release nvmem->wp_gpio when dev_set_name() fails, retaining a GPIO descriptor reference. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and a failing nvmem device registration path; repeated failures can exhaust resources and interrupt the system.
