Local privilege escalation via netfilter use-after-free

Use-after-free in Linux kernel netfilter allows local users to gain root privileges through crafted nftables and conntrack state. The kernel frees a template nf_conn without unlinking it from the nf_nat_bysource hash table, leaving nf_nat_setup_info to write through a stale object. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and active netfilter, nf_tables, conntrack, and NAT functionality; success grants root-level code execution, while triggering can disrupt kernel networking.
