Kernel crash via incorrect reserved-page cleanup

Denial of service in Linux kernel 5.19 through 6.1.6 and 6.2 pre-release builds allows local users to crash the kernel by unloading amdgpu. The amdgpu_vram_mgr_fini function passes each reserved-page record's blocks list to drm_buddy_free_list instead of its allocated list, triggering a BUG during VRAM-manager cleanup. Low-privileged local access and an AMD GPU using amdgpu are required; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash during driver removal.
