Service interruption via IOVA retry-page overflow

Integer overflow in the Linux kernel 5.11 IOVA allocator allows local users to interrupt service through oversized IOVA requests. In __alloc_and_insert_iova_range, adding one to the anchor's maximum pfn_hi wraps retry_pfn to zero, defeats the lower-bound check, and accepts an out-of-domain allocation. The failure requires low-privileged local access and either an initial request larger than the domain or an oversized request after deletion resets cached_node to the anchor.
