System crash via unchecked debug resource manager

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel amdgpu 6.0.19 and 6.1.5 through 6.1.6 allows local users to crash the system. The amdgpu_bo_validate_size failure path logs man->size without first checking whether the selected memory domain returned a resource manager. The path requires local low-privileged access and an amdgpu configuration where that memory-domain manager is absent; triggering it interrupts the host.
