Kernel crash via tightly spaced J1939 RTS frames

Denial of service in the Linux kernel J1939 transport allows remote attackers to crash the kernel via tightly spaced RTS frames. In xtp_rx_rts_session_new, duplicate RTS handling delays release of a problematic session until j1939_xtp_rx_rts finishes, leaving a warning path reachable. A J1939 socket must be bound on the target; repeated crafted RTS and abort frames can panic the kernel or interrupt CAN service.
