Kernel crash via unchecked CAN echo index

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel CAN echo path allows local users to crash the kernel through an invalid echo-buffer index. can_put_echo_skb() indexed can_priv::echo_skb before confirming that idx was below echo_skb_max, allowing an invalid driver-supplied index to access beyond the array. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access and a CAN interface path that passes an out-of-range echo index; the demonstrated consequence is a kernel crash.
