Kernel crash via unchecked clock-data allocation failure

NULL pointer dereference in Linux's MT7629 Ethernet clock driver allows local users to crash the kernel during driver initialization. The two MT7629 Ethernet clock initialization paths failed to reject NULL results from mtk_alloc_clk_data before passing them to clock registration. Reachability requires the MT7629 driver and an allocation failure during probe; the resulting dereference can halt the host.
