Kernel memory disclosure and crash via unterminated names

Out-of-bounds read in Linux TIPC allows local users to disclose kernel memory or crash the host via crafted netlink messages. The bearer and link-name policies accept non-NUL-terminated attributes, so strstr, strcmp, and strlen read beyond the netlink attribute into adjacent skb or slab memory. Any unprivileged local account can reach the affected Generic Netlink operations when TIPC is loaded; the flaw provides a read-only over-read and can panic the kernel.
