Unrestricted file upload in SourceCodester Engineers Online Portal 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute code via uploaded_file. The upload_save_student.php handler accepts the uploaded_file part without checking its type, permitting an executable PHP payload beneath the web root. An authenticated engineer account is required; execution runs with the web application's privileges.
