Kernel out-of-bounds access via fixed-size SMU7 arrays

Out-of-bounds access in the AMD SMU7 power-table code in Linux allows local users to reach invalid array indexes during driver operation. The affected pptable structures declare variable-length table payloads as fixed one-element arrays, so SMU7 handling indexes beyond their declared bounds. The operation occurs in kernel context and requires the affected AMD graphics path; no remote route or public exploit is documented.
