Out-of-bounds access via unchecked coalesce indexes

Out-of-bounds array access in the Linux hns3 coalesce debugfs reader allows local users to trigger an invalid kernel memory access. hns3_get_coal_info indexes dim_state_str, dim_cqe_mode_str, and dim_tune_stat_str without first checking the corresponding state, mode, and tune-state values. Access requires the hns3 driver and permission to read its coalesce_info debugfs node, which is root-restricted by default; published sources do not establish data disclosure or a crash.
