Kernel memory disclosure via max_idle type mismatch

Out-of-bounds read in Linux 6.3 through 6.5.12 and 6.6 through 6.6.2 allows local users to read kernel memory via max_idle. The intel_powerclamp driver declares max_idle as a byte but registers param_get_int, causing a parameter read to fetch four bytes across the object boundary. Low-privileged local access and a loaded intel_powerclamp module are required; the read exposes adjacent kernel memory and can interrupt a system if the invalid access faults.
