Authenticated database access via classmate ID injection
Published Sep 29, 2023 · Updated Sep 20, 2024
SQL injection in Engineers Online Portal 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read or alter database data through my_classmates.php. The page uses the teacher_class_student_id request parameter in database processing without neutralizing attacker-controlled SQL syntax. A valid low-privilege account is required; crafted SQL can change database query behavior without user interaction.
