Kernel crash via unchecked VCC string duplication

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel VCC driver allows local users to crash the kernel when device probing encounters allocation failure. vcc_probe failed to check two kstrdup results before passing the device-name copy to VIO initialization and retaining the domain copy. Reachability requires the SPARC virtual-console-concentrator driver to probe a matching VIO device under memory pressure; the failure interrupts the host rather than exposing or modifying data.
