Local kernel crash via i915 perf null dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 5.15.108 through 5.15.139 allows local users to crash the kernel through i915 perf ioctls. The i915_perf_open_ioctl, i915_perf_add_config_ioctl, and i915_perf_remove_config_ioctl paths pass perf->i915 to drm_dbg after confirming that pointer is NULL. Reaching the fault requires local low-privileged access and an i915 configuration where the performance interface is unavailable; the resulting impact is limited to availability.
