Kernel panic via unheld block queue reference

Denial of service in Linux kernel 5.16 through 6.7-rc1 allows local users to panic the kernel through block I/O with integrity metadata. In block/blk-mq.c, bio_integrity_prep() runs without a reliably held queue-usage reference and after merge processing, allowing concurrent blk_integrity_unregister() to release the integrity profile before complete_fn executes. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and block I/O using integrity metadata; the bounded consequence is a host-wide kernel crash.
