Host crash via unstopped bonding master

Denial of service in Linux kernel bonding before 6.7 allows local users to crash the host by enslaving a non-Ethernet interface. bond_setup_by_slave changes an active, empty bonding master's device type without first closing it, leaving linked lapbether devices with invalid physical-device assumptions. The trigger requires local network-configuration privileges, and the resulting skb_under_panic kernel BUG interrupts the host.
