Kernel crash via unchecked page-pool statistics access

A NULL pointer dereference in the Linux mvneta driver allows local users to crash the kernel through a network statistics request. mvneta_ethtool_get_stats passes an unavailable page pool to page_pool_get_stats without checking whether buffer management is active, the port is stopped, or allocation failed. Exploitation requires a Marvell mvneta interface in one of those states; collecting its statistics can produce a kernel oops and interrupt the host.
