Stream corruption via oversized MPTCP GSO packets

Data corruption in Linux kernel MPTCP 5.19 through 6.6.2 allows local users to corrupt received streams via oversized egress packets. mptcp_sendmsg_frag permits a subflow's sk_gso_max_size to exceed the 64 KiB DSS length limit, so the transmitted length is misrepresented on the wire. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and an MPTCP flow that generates oversized GSO packets; the bounded consequence is stream corruption and service interruption.
