Kernel crash via CXL parent teardown race

A race condition in Linux kernel CXL port teardown allows local users to crash systems running 5.18 through 6.5.12 or 6.6 through 6.6.2. delete_endpoint locks a parent without first retaining it, permitting concurrent unregistration to free the parent; RCH handling can also select the wrong parent. Reachability requires local access and a concurrent CXL port or memory-device removal, resulting in a kernel fault and service interruption.
