Unrestricted file upload in Engineers Online Portal 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through a crafted avatar. The student_avatar.php handler processes the change action without restricting dangerous uploaded file types. A low-privileged portal account can place server-executable content in the web application, exposing portal data and the web-server process.
