System crash via unsafe PMIC sibling access

NULL-pointer dereference in affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash systems using the Qualcomm SPMI PMIC driver. The revid path dereferences sibling driver data without confirming driver binding or holding synchronization, permitting NULL or freed-data access while also leaking a device reference. Reachability requires the Qualcomm SPMI PMIC driver during probe, deferred probe, asynchronous binding, or driver unbind; the documented consequence is a local service crash.
