Kernel crash via mismatched IPoIB queue counts

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel IPoIB allows local users to crash the system by sending traffic over a PKEY child interface. The IPoIB interface initialization in drivers/infiniband/ulp/ipoib/ipoib_main.c gives a legacy child multiple transmit and receive queues even when its parent supports only one of each. Exploitation requires local access, a legacy IPoIB device, creation of a PKEY child interface, and traffic that reaches the mismatched queues, causing a kernel crash.
