Local system crash via unchecked network-device lookup

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel irdma driver from 5.14 allows local users to crash the system through a missing network device. The driver passes a NULL result from in_dev_get() into in_dev_for_each_ifa_rtnl() in drivers/infiniband/hw/irdma/cm.c without checking it first. Reachability requires a low-privileged local user and the irdma RDMA driver; the documented consequence is an availability-only kernel crash.
