Filesystem corruption via unchecked malformed snap traces

Improper validation in Linux CephFS clients allows remote attackers to corrupt filesystem data through malformed MDS snap traces. The CephFS snap-trace path accepts decode failures and continues I/O and metadata operations with inconsistent snapshot state. A malicious, compromised, or on-path MDS can trigger the flaw after CephFS is mounted, causing incorrect reads, corrupt writes, hangs, or kernel crashes.
