Out-of-bounds access in onos-kpimon 0.4.7 allows remote authenticated users to crash the service via a malformed SD-RAN indication. processIndicationFormat1 indexes measInfoList while iterating a longer measurement-data-record array without first verifying that both arrays have compatible lengths. Network access with low privileges and no user interaction is required; exploitation triggers a Go bounds panic, while the public record does not explain CISA's separate high-confidentiality impact rating.
