Local privilege escalation via PSI waitqueue use-after-free

Use-after-free in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to escalate privileges through delegated cgroup PSI files. cgroup_file_release() frees the psi_trigger waitqueue when a non-root cgroup is removed even though epoll retains a reference, so ep_remove_wait_queue() later writes through freed memory. Reachability requires writable delegated cgroup v2 controls; successful exploitation grants kernel privileges, while an unsuccessful attempt can panic the host.
