Writer-thread hang via second-superblock offset underflow

Integer underflow in Linux 2.6.30 through 6.2-rc2 nilfs2 allows local users to hang a writer thread via a sub-4096-byte volume. NILFS_SB2_OFFSET_BYTES subtracts the secondary-superblock reservation from a device size below 4096 bytes, wrapping the offset; nilfs_resize_fs then passes an enormous segment count to nilfs_sufile_resize. Reaching the mount or resize path requires local access and filesystem-management privileges, and the resulting out-of-bounds I/O or prolonged semaphore wait can interrupt filesystem writers.
