Local service interruption via uninitialized USB length

Use of an uninitialized resource in the Kalmia USB driver in Linux allows local users to interrupt service through a USB transfer error. On an error from usb_bulk_msg(), kalmia_send_init_packet() passes an uninitialized act_len value into the diagnostic path instead of omitting it.
