Service interruption via wrong iterator copy direction

Improper iterator initialization in Linux kernel TIPC 4.0 through 6.1.12 allows local users to interrupt service with a data-free SYN. The TIPC connect path initializes its iov iterator without the copy direction expected by tipc_msg_build when it constructs a SYN or ACK without payload data, triggering the kernel iterator sanity check. A local low-privileged user must open and connect a TIPC socket; the resulting kernel warning disrupts availability without reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
